VapeVELD (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to change, amend or update product prices without prior notice. All products are subject to availability and may be discontinued, removed or substituted without prior notice.
E-Liquid Composition:
Unless otherwise stated, e-liquids are sold as concentrate only. Nic Shots and VG Shots are sold separately and are not included in the advertised price. Customers are responsible for purchasing the required Nic Shot and/or VG Shot where applicable.
Testing, Returns & Defects:
Customers are advised to inspect and test all products before leaving the store to ensure that they are functioning correctly and meet their requirements. Once a product has left the store, VapeVELD (Pty) Ltd cannot be held responsible for defects, damage or malfunction resulting from misuse, accidental damage, improper handling, normal wear and tear, or any other damage caused after purchase.
Products should be opened and tested in-store before leaving the premises. Where a customer chooses not to do so, VapeVELD (Pty) Ltd reserves the right not to accept an exchange or return for a product subsequently reported as defective or damaged, subject to any rights provided by applicable consumer law.
VapeVELD (Pty) Ltd shall not be held liable for damage caused by incorrect use, negligence, modification, improper storage, failure to follow manufacturer instructions, or any other misuse of the product.
