All products sold by VapeVELD (Pty) Ltd are strictly intended for persons 18 years and older. No products will be sold to, or on behalf of, any person under the age of 18. Proof of age may be requested at any time.

Pricing:
VapeVELD (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to change, amend or update product prices without prior notice. Prices displayed or advertised are subject to change.

Product Availability:
All products are subject to availability. VapeVELD (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to discontinue, remove or substitute any product without prior notice.

E-Liquid Composition:
Unless otherwise stated, E-Liquids are sold as concentrate only. Nic Shots and VG Shots are sold separately and are not included in the advertised price of the E-Liquid concentrate. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the required Nic Shot and/or VG Shot is purchased separately where applicable.

Testing of Products:
Customers are advised to inspect and test all products before leaving the store to ensure that the product is functioning correctly and meets their requirements. Customers are responsible for confirming that the product is in satisfactory working condition before leaving the premises.

Returns, Exchanges & Defects:
Once a product has left the store, VapeVELD (Pty) Ltd cannot be held responsible for defects, damage or malfunction resulting from misuse, accidental damage, improper handling, normal wear and tear, or any other damage caused after purchase.

Important: Products should be opened and tested in-store before leaving the premises. Where a customer chooses to leave the store without opening and testing the product, VapeVELD (Pty) Ltd reserves the right not to accept an exchange or return for a product subsequently reported as defective or damaged, subject to any rights provided by applicable consumer law.

VapeVELD (Pty) Ltd shall not be held liable for damage caused by incorrect use, negligence, modification, improper storage, failure to follow manufacturer instructions, or any other misuse of the product.

By purchasing a product from VapeVELD (Pty) Ltd, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms, subject to applicable South African consumer legislation.
