Testing, Returns & Defects:
Customers are advised to inspect and test all products before leaving the store to ensure they are functioning correctly and meet their requirements. Products should be opened and tested in-store before leaving the premises. Where a customer chooses not to do so, VapeVELD (Pty) Ltd reserves the right not to accept an exchange or return for a product subsequently reported as defective or damaged, subject to applicable consumer law.
Once a product has left the store, VapeVELD (Pty) Ltd cannot be held responsible for defects, damage or malfunction resulting from misuse, accidental damage, improper handling, normal wear and tear, or any damage caused after purchase.
VapeVELD (Pty) Ltd shall not be held liable for damage caused by incorrect use, negligence, modification, improper storage, failure to follow manufacturer instructions, or any other misuse of the product.
